CANCELLATION POLICY
If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify me within 24 hours. If you have missed your appointment or were unable to call within 24 hours to cancel, and the cause was not due to illness or extenuating circumstances, the full cost of the session will be charged.
SESSION LENGTH
Sessions are 45 minutes in length unless longer appointments are requested. If I begin the session late due to my own delay, the full 45 minute appointment will be given regardless of the start time.
FEE RESPONSIBILITY
Full payment is required at the time of service. Upon request, the necessary documentation will be provided for you to submit a claim to your insurance company so that you may receive direct reimbursement. I accept checks, Zelle, Venmo, HSA, and credit cards. Each session lasts 45 minutes and is charged at $190.00.
